Ultra-precision micromachining with minimum wire diameter of 0.07mm
EDM is performed using an electrode wire (thin brass wire) supplied from a bobbin. By operating the upper and lower guides that hold the wire, it is possible to cut out tapered or complex precision shapes. We realize ultra-precision fine processing with a minimum wire diameter of 0.07 mm.
